A great resort. While it's a little older, it's still very nice. It was fun watching the alligators right outside our balcony, and has a nice pool. We had a 3 BR and was plenty big enough for the 6 of us. We had one minor issue and the maintenance guy took care of it quickly (and with a bit of humor).
We come up from Florida and our friends come down from Virginia so we meet in the middle at Egret Point! The location is great for a fantastic getaway. We use the grill and watch the gators in the lake. We have the best time and stay here every other year.
Great condo by the beach. Rooms were clean and staff was supportive with maintenance issues. All resolved within hours after one call which is huge. Pool was great and private beach was nice as well. Would go back if it wasn't for an 12+ hour drive.
Convenient to the beach, shopping, and other amenities. The pool is heated, which is nice for nighttime but not for summer days. The condo was comfortable and clean with good appliances. The only irk we had was with parking, which has been more controlled than past visits. You can now only have one car parked at the beach access and 2 cars parked by your condo. Other cars must stay at the main resort parking.
Clean, repainted, upgraded and beautiful view of the pool! We're planning on grilling a lot! We came here two years ago and loved it, so we're back! Spinnaker is not very helpful but I get my questions for them answered by Google thank goodness. We placed our account and password in Sling on the TV because basic cable is unappealing. Of course we need to watch sports.
Everything is well maintained and clean! 2 free bikes with rental of a condo, pool was huge, 2 gas grills at the pool to grill out on, beds were soft, nice deck attached, plenty of bike trails, beach access is nice, plenty of parking (and a shuttle for Overflow parking)! Definitely recommend!

My family has been vacationing at this resort for over 23 years, and we love it. 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms condo is great for a family of 6 The units are very well maintained. The pool is very close to the condo as well as the beach, restaurants, and shopping. It's always a great time at Egret point. With the golf course out your door, you may enjoy your time on the greens. You can ride the bicycle to anything in the area. With great memories to be made here at egret point come and enjoy all of the amenities.
